I’m Marta, the founder of Face Habits.

My work began with a simple curiosity: understanding how the way we use our face can influence the way it looks and feels.

Through facial massage, conscious movement and years of observing facial patterns, I developed a more intentional way of working with the face.

Today, I help women understand their face better and build a facial practice that feels natural, personal and realistic.
