It is more than a beauty routine
Facial massage is a way to slow down, reconnect with your face and bring conscious touch into your daily routine.
Through massage, we can work with areas of facial tension, support a feeling of softness and lightness and give more attention to the forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw and neck.
For me, facial massage is not about forcing the face into a different shape.
It is about learning how to use your hands with more intention.
The pressure you use matters.
The direction of your movements matters.
And the techniques you choose should make sense for the area you are working with.
Some days your face may feel puffy.
Other days you may notice more tension around the jaw or forehead.
Your facial practice can respond to what you notice.
Facial massage can support a fresher, more relaxed appearance — but it can also become a simple moment to reconnect with yourself.
You don’t need more random techniques. You need to understand how and when to use them.
